Lucy Woodward is a singer/songwriter, born on October 27, 1980 in London. She is best known for her 2003 song "Dumb Girls," from her album "While You Can." Other songs from the album included "Blindslided" and "The Trouble With Me," which all did great on Top Canadian Singles.
